The No Win No Fee Criteria

The no win no fee agreement was developed for this type of case.  To qualify for this agreement, your injury must have been the fault of someone else and you will need to be someone with little or no financial resources.  You will be able to file your claim for free and once you case is won, it will be the other party who pays the bills. 

It is possible for other costs to arise that are connected to your case.  There might be a need for a medical expert to testify or photos to be taken of the accident site.  There is insurance you can purchase called After the Fact and this will cover things like this.  This policy is also known as the Conditional Fee Agreement and is only available for those who live in England or Wales.
